On the afternoon of September 28, Tianyuan Petrochemical held an expert seminar on the feasibility study report of alkane dehydrogenation and hydrogen comprehensive utilization project. The meeting was video-connected and hosted by Shanghai Hetu Engineering Company. The relevant leaders of Maonan Petrochemical Industrial Park participated.

Since the beginning of this year, due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, business operations have been affected to a certain extent, but the overall operation has been safe and stable. In order to make full use of the capacity of the device, increase the supply of hydrogen, produce high value-added products, complement the advantages of existing devices, further extend the industrial chain, and obtain good benefits, the company plans to increase the investment of 1.48 billion yuan to build alkane dehydrogenation and comprehensive hydrogen utilization project. The project is expected to start construction in early 2021 and put into production at the end of 2022, which can increase social employment by 200 people and increase sales revenue for the company by more than 2 billion yuan per year.
