　　Tianyuan Petrochemical Chairman Yang Jinming introduced the construction and production of Tianyuan Petrochemical's 100,000 tons/year propylene project. As of April 2019, a total investment of 1.68 billion yuan has been completed; the project (phase one) has been trial production in August 2018; the project (phase two) will be put into trial production in June 2019; the project (phase three) is under tension Under construction. After the project is fully completed and put into production, it will achieve an output value of 8 billion yuan per year.

Yuan Gujie emphasized that safe production is the lifeline of an enterprise. Recently, the special inspection team of hazardous chemicals of the State Council Security Committee inspected Maoming and found that some high-quality chemical enterprises also had potential safety hazards and put forward good rectification suggestions. As Maoming is a key area of hazardous chemicals, all departments at all levels must put the comprehensive management of hazardous chemicals at the top of the list, earnestly carry out rectification, and strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers.
