Tianyuan Petrochemical held a safety production committee to arrange the HSE work in 2019

On the afternoon of January 22, Tianyuan Petrochemical Company held a meeting of the company's safety production committee to summarize the work in 2018 and deploy the HSE work in 2019. Company Vice President Deng Xiaolong presided over the meeting. Company General Manager Luo Chaoyang, Executive Vice President Liu Hanrong, Deputy General Manager Mao Guangyu, Yao Linjian and other comrades attended the meeting. Leaders of the company's production department, mobile department, safety and environmental department, operation department I and II, and storage and transportation department attended the meeting.

The meeting first studied the "Emergency Notice of the Office of the Guangdong Provincial Safety Committee on the Special Inspection of the Safety Production of Hazardous Chemicals at the End of the Year (Yuean Office [2018] No. 182)" and the inspection report; "Tianyuan Chemical Company's responsibility for production safety System", clarify job responsibilities; study the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste" and the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China".

Comrade Luo Chaoyang summarized the safety production work of Tianyuan Petrochemical since it was put into production in 2018, and pointed out that safety work is the lifeline of private enterprises, and safety risks are unacceptable risks of private enterprises. The requirements of Comrade Yang Jinming, Chairman of Tianyuan Group, must be followed. The concept of "no security without everything" is implemented in the thinking of every employee of the company.

The company has formulated HSE work ideas and work goals for 2019, and implemented them through the following ten points: (1) Seriously study the national laws and regulations on production safety and environmental protection, improve the safety and environmental protection awareness of all employees, and manage according to law (2) Conscientiously study related safety and environmental management systems such as the production safety responsibility system, and strengthen the supervision and assessment of implementation. Implement the company’s No. 1 assessment system; (3) Promote the construction of safety culture and staff stability, and carry out safety training and education activities in accordance with the law; (4) Focus on strengthening the safety standardization management of contractors, and pay close attention to direct operation links and supervision of hazardous chemicals Optimize and strengthen management of Zone B; (5) "Full coverage, zero tolerance, strict law enforcement, and emphasis on actual results", carry out in-depth safety production inspections, regularly report hidden hazard investigation and management, and ensure that hidden hazard rectification is implemented; (6) strengthen the key Safety monitoring of installations and key parts, and perfect risk management of major hazards. Strictly implement a system for company leaders to contact key devices and key parts at designated points. The company’s leaders regularly participate in at least once a month the team safety activities of designated contact devices or parts; (7) Revise the emergency plan and improve the emergency protection system. Carry out 2 fire emergency drills in 2019; (8) Pay close attention to on-site environmental protection management to achieve coordinated development of environment and benefits; (9) Pay attention to occupational health work, strengthen fire protection and security assessment management; (10) Do a good job in the company's second phase and three sets Handle various production and use licenses for trial production of the device.
