Improve employees' knowledge and skills, and improve internal corporate training

In order to meet the development needs of real estate projects, optimize financial-related processes and improve employees' knowledge and skills. Our company organized an internal training on financial knowledge of real estate projects on April 8.

This training was delivered by the chief financial officer of the real estate and the legal affairs and personnel department. Participants in this training are mainly from the financial department and other financial departments of the real estate project, and the number of trainees totaled more than 20 people. During the training, Director Ding Dehui gave a unique explanation in combination with relevant financial knowledge such as the national business reform policy. At the same time, the interaction between the trainees was conducted on the financial problems of the company's real estate project, and the combination of theory and application made the entire training unique.

After four hours, the training ended successfully. The trainees unanimously responded well and hoped that more similar trainings could be held in the future.
